Would it be possible to have sigul built for EPEL8?  At present, it seems only the newest versions are available on Fedora, which is great but that's less than ideal for a system that would ideally be hands-off for longer terms.

Looks like we need python3-nss at least.

I don't think I have much desire to build in epel8 at this point... 

but just landed current version in epel9 if that helps you any?
