Description of problem:
The jobs queued for FE-extras buildsys ALL failed for more than one and a half
days. See the current status of jobs failed on buildsys on
http://buildsys.fedoraproject.org/build-status/failed.psp. Recently all the jobs
which failed are for FE-devel.

The queue left empty "build.log" and "root.log" complains about:
file:///pub/fedora/linux/core/development/i386/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 5]
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:
'/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/i386/repodata/repomd.xml'
Trying other mirror.
Cannot open/read repomd.xml file for repository: core
failure: repodata/repomd.xml from core: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

How reproducible:
Seems 100% for more than one and a half days.

Due to the change in layout of the development tree -- fixed up and pushed live
to the builders
