Describe the issue:
The uninstall chapter in external mode deployment guide needs an update to align with the internal mode deployment guides.
Internal mode guides were updated earlier through bugs like bug 1910129 but the external mode deployment guide was left out, and hence missing those changes.

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:
Uninstalling OCS in External mode

Suggestions for improvement:
1) The current step 7 for namespace deletion should be moved up to make it step 4

2) The current step 4 which will become step 5 can be modified as below similar to other internal mode guides
```
Confirm all PVs provisioned using OpenShift Container Storage are deleted. If there is any PV left in the Released state, delete it.

$ oc get pv
$ oc delete pv <pv name>
```

3) In current step 6 "Remove CustomResourceDefinitions", some crds are missing. The step should be updated similar to other internal mode guides.
