Result:
The bootstrap phase fails:

Single node installation was broken by this PR: https://github.com/openshift/cluster-etcd-operator/pull/546
Should get fixed by this one: https://github.com/openshift/installer/pull/4712

The installer PR you linked is merged already. Does that mean that this bug should move to ON_QA?

The reported issue wasn't reproduced and the deployment went through.
