Description of problem:
When the migration process is cancelled, the migplan cannot be executed Stage operation as Stage becomes gray. see the attached screenshot

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a migplan
2. execute migration and cancel it before it finish
3. try to execute Stage on the cancelled migplan

Actual results:
The Stage becomes gray, cannot execute Stage


Expected results:
It should be able to execute Stage after the migration is cancelled

verified with MTC 1.4.3
