Description of problem:
When we configure a migcluster resource using the UI, the "Exposed route host to image registry" field is considered mandatory. It should be optional.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
MTC 1.4.2 stage

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new cluster using the UI
2. The field "Exposed route host to image registry" is mandatory.


Actual results:
We cannot submit the form until "Exposed route host to image registry" field is filled in.

Expected results:
The field "Exposed route host to image registry" should be optional.
