Description of problem:

When you click on the parent resource of an operator group in topology, it causes a blank white screen.

1. Navigate to the developer perspective, Topology
2. Select one of the Operator groupings

Actual results:

A blank screen

Expected results:

The side panel is shown with details for the grouping
