Description of problem:

In RGW, the kafka notification fails with the following error

This is a regression bug that has been identified and corrected in Ceph as per https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1925188

This is apparently corrected in Ceph version ceph-14.2.11-117.el8cp
Current OCS 4.6 is running ceph-14.2.11-95.el8cp

When will the corrected version make it to OCS4.6? This is a blocker right now for ongoing PoCs with customers.

Let's verify it in 4.7 and propose it for 4.6.x to assess the impact.
