workaround suggested by Ken 
"yum install http://download.eng.bos.redhat.com/brewroot/vol/rhel-8/packages/ceph/16.1.0/603.el8cp/x86_64/ceph-immutable-object-cache-16.1.0-603.el8cp.x86_64.rpm"

Jason, do we need to add this to https://github.com/ceph/ceph-container as well? Once the RPM is in the composes, we can change the Dockerfile in dist-git to install this.
