Description of problem:
if the browser default font size is 20, the vm template screen layout breaks

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in FF go to about:preferences
2. set the Default font size to 20
3. go to the virtual machine templates screen

Actual results:
the kebab menu is on a new line

Expected results:
the kebab menu is on the same line as the rest of the row

This looks specific to the templates list view as well, trying this on the VM list view doesn't show the same results. It is likely a spacing issue with the columns
