Description of problem:
When loading a StarOffice template file (available at
http://www.schnappmatik.de/TFFFFF/tfffff.vor.zip) oowriter crashes. The
resulting crash message is attached.

How reproducible:
ALways

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download http://www.schnappmatik.de/TFFFFF/tfffff.vor.zip and unzip
2. Use File->Load in oowriter to open

oowriter crashes

Expected results:
Opened template file (or an error message, at least)

I've a fix for this, but there's something fundamentally odd going on here with
the linguistic uno component which is causing one of it's classes to bomb out of
a uno reflection, so I'll fix the symptoms here and get the underlying cause
investigated upstream

gcc seems to have some problem with static initializers, from some deep template
generation.
