Cause: PackageManifest list page items did not link to details page. Consequence: User could not easily drill down into individual PackageManifest items from the list page. Fix: Link each PackageManifest item to details page to match the convention of other list pages. Result: User can easily access PackageManifest details pages from the list page.

Cannot view PackageManifest objects in YAML on 'Home > Search' page nor 'CatalogSource details > Operators' tab

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to 'Home > Search' page
2. Click "Resources" dropdown and select "PackageManifest"
3. No ways to view PackageManifest objects in YAML
4. Click on "CatalogSource" link on the 'Search' page
5. Go to 'Operators' tab
6. No ways to view PackageManifest objects in YAML

Actual results:
Cannot view PackageManifest objects in YAML on 'Home > Search' page nor 'CatalogSource details > Operators' tab


Expected results:
Can view PackageManifest objects in YAML on 'Home > Search' page nor 'CatalogSource details > Operators' tab

Bug has been verified and fixed on OCP 4.8 with payload 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-03-26-054333

Verify Step
1. Go to 'Home > Search' page
2. Click "Resources" dropdown list and select "PackageManifest"
3. Verify if the name listed on the result part is able to click
4. Verify if 'PackageMaifest details' page is able to redirect successfully after user click the name on result page. And user is able to check YAML details by click YAML tab on 'PackageMainfest details' page.
5. Back to Step 2, Pickup one result click the link under CatalogSource column.
6. Verify if the CatalogSource details page is able to redirected successfully. And user is able to check YAML details by click YAML table on 'CatalogSource details' page.

Result:
1. All name listed on the 'PackageMainfest' searching result page is able to click and redirect.
   when user click name, page is redirect to 'PackageManifest details' page
   when user click the link under CatalogSource column, page is redirect to 'CatalogSource details' page
2. User is able to check the YAML details by click YAML tab on page of 'PackageManifest details' and 'CatalogSource details'
