Description of problem:
When cephadm-adopt.yml playbook was initiated,  playbook fails at task adopt alertmanager saying No such file or directory: b''cephadm'': b''cephadm'''

How reproducible:
Tried once

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure rhcs 4.x cluster
2. upgrade to rhcs 5.x using ceph-ansible 6.x
3. run cephadm-adopt.yml

Actual results:
msg: '[Errno 2] No such file or directory: b''cephadm'': b''cephadm'''

Expected results:
Playbook must succeed

Working fine with ceph-ansible-6.0.2-1.el8cp
Moving to VERIFIED state.
