Description of problem:

Testing gnome40 on fedora gnome40 test day.
gnome-software --version
gnome-software 40.rc

I have flatpak updates available but those are not updating automatically.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. open gnome-software
2. check if some flatpak updates are available
3. You will see it is not automatically updating

Expected results:

Updates to be automatically updating with option ON.

I'd rather not duplicate the bug reports, it's better to stick with upstream, and possible change will get into Fedora once released there.
