Description of problem:
Presently, we can attach only one test rpm at a time. User should be able to
attach multiple files (e.g. 32/64 bit test rpms) while creating a new request.
This will reduce multiple emails sent each time whenever test rpm is attached.
This will also reduce time to create a new request having multiple test rpms.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to hardware.redhat.com
2.Click "Create"
3.Goto option "Upload Certification File" and in the field "File to Attach", you
can only attach one test rpm at a time.
  
Actual results:


Expected results:
If possible, if we can provide multiple boxes as feasible (e.g. 4 boxes to
attach 4 test rpms) to attach multiple test rpms in the  "File to Attach" option.

Closing as defferred.  Would be useful but isn't likely to ever make it to the
top of the list.  Other automation would superseed this in usefulness.
