Description of problem:
Split of dashbard 'Kubernetes / Compute Resources / Workload' is wrong

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-03-18-000857

How reproducible:
alwasys

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to monitoring->Dashboards
2. select 'Kubernetes / Compute Resources / Workload'
3. There are many Network, should be one

Many Dashboards have the issue, suppose either the title of the graph is used as the part name or all the graphs are put under one Network

The dashboard definition specifies the many "Network" titles, so the UI is doing the right thing.

We should probably improve the titles in the dashboard definition.

Issue is fixed and title of the graph is used as the part name
