Previously, migrations of virtual machines initiated on RHEL version 8.2 hosts with TSX enabled, and migrated to hosts running RHEL version 8.3 or higher could fail.
In this release, migrations from RHEL version 8.2 hosts to newer hosts succeed.

I don't think that I know the alternatives - having a bug in the a section like "5.1.1. Bug Fix" in the release notes of "5.1.
