#2 Install the Cluster Logging Operator:

Describe the issue: It says "Choose Cluster Logging from the list of available Operators, and click Install." but when I search for "Cluster Logging" nothing relevant comes up. 

Suggestions for improvement: I think "OpenShift Logging" is the correct search term.
