[patch] Update to 2021.03.1 (#1941132)
the-new-hotness/release-monitoring.org's scratch build of hackrf-2021.03.1-1.fc32.src.rpm for rawhide completed http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=64166530 Created attachment 1794546 [details]
My changes to the spec file
I have just successfully tested the updated version of hackrf on my Fedora 34. Not much was needed in addition to bumping the version:
- the release tarball was changed from .gz to .xz
- the release contains the precompiled firmware as well now; it makes sense to help users upgrade their devices by following what other distros (like Arch) do, and install them into /usr/share/hackrf/

Specifically, please remember that it is your responsibility to review the new version to ensure that the licensing is still correct and that no non-free or legally problematic items have been added upstream. Update to 2022.09.1 (#1941132)
the-new-hotness/release-monitoring.org's scratch build of hackrf-2022.09.1-1.fc36.src.rpm for rawhide failed http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=92419286 Here's where I'm testing the downstream packages that will need to be rebuilt for this update: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/cottsay/hackrf-chain/ ...and here's the spec file I used for that rebuild: https://copr-dist-git.fedorainfracloud.org/cgit/cottsay/hackrf-chain/hackrf.git/tree/hackrf.spec Thanks, Scott - I'll take care of it. hackrf-2022.09.1-1 is now available in rawhide. |
