Created attachment 1765081 [details] must-gather file Description of problem: All Cluster Operator launches do not complete and installation fails. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.7.0, 4.7.1, 4.7.2, 4.7.3 with OpenShift SDN How reproducible: Every Time Steps to Reproduce: 1. Prepare the prerequisites as described in the documentation. Install on a virtual machine on ESXi 6.7 using the Baremetal UPI method. 2. Start 3 master nodes + 1 Bootstrap node. 3. After all nodes are booted, run 'openshift-install wait-for bootstrap-complete' to wait for the Bootstrap process to complete. 4. After the Bootstrap process is complete, run 'openshift-install wait-for install-complete' and wait for the installation to complete. Actual results: The output of the command "openshift-install wait-for-install-complete" will not complete the installation and will exit with an error. Expected results: The installation completes successfully and the AVAILABLE status of all Cluster Operators becomes. Additional info: Installation completes successfully when OVN Kubernetes is used in the same environment and version. Those virtual machines are using only standard virtual switches, not vSphere Distributed Switches or NSX.
