Cursor display bug + rpm-ostree rollback from broken to working version

1. Please describe the problem:

When using the nouveau driver provided with kernel 5.11, the mouse cursor is rendered as a bunch of random pixels. As the proprietary driver is not usable on Fedora Silverblue 33, this makes the desktop unusable with Nvidia graphics cards.

The problem is present with Nvidia cards based on the Kepler architecture.

Patch fixing the issue: https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/20210305222135.1269175-1-lyude@redhat.com/T/

Do you think it would be possible to backport this fix to kernel 5.11?

2. What is the Version-Release number of the kernel:

5.11.7-200.fc33

Thanks and cheers!
