Description of problem:
Some details pages (such as ResourceQuotas and LimitRanges) don't have internationalized kinds for the page titles, etc.

4.8

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the navigation link for ResourceQuotas or LimitRanges with pseudolocalization turned on.

Actual results:
The page title and some other labels (buttons, aria labels) won't be pseudolocalized.

Expected results:
Kind is internationalized.

This needs to be reevaluated once Krishna's i18n bugs are all addressed. It may be a duplicate.

Steps:
 1. Login to web console and go to Administration>ResourceQuotas and Limit Ranges

Now both pages titles and other elements are pseudo internationalized.
