Reverse gating often fails for obscure, unrelated, and difficult to debug reasons. There is not enough data in the logs to determine exactly why it failed when the problem is with osbuild-composer.socket so we need to add more information by logging the startup failure messages from osbuild-composer.

Pushed to dist-git, since this is a test only change it won't be in a build until the next one, but it is now active.
