Description of problem:

When users are on the OpenShift providers tab and they add a VMware provider,  it's confusing that the new provider doesn't appear until they switch tabs.

Expected results:

After adding a provider, navigate to the tab for the matching provider type.

This fix should be part of build v2.0.0-14, iib:64369.
