Description of problem:

When editing providers and host configurations, passwords and other secrets are still shown as asterisks in the text field. It would make editing easier if there was a button to toggle showing that text in the field instead of the asterisks.

This fix should be part of build v2.0.0-14, iib:64369.

Verified on 2.0.0-15

1)Verified that there is a button for showing/hiding passwords and tokens on provider add form for VMware and OCP
2)Also verified that there is a button for showing/hiding passwords on the 'select migration network' pop up for VMware hosts.
