Feature: Adds metadata to IO archive with `uptime` and `memory_alloc` fields.
Reason: We can't really simulate very long(6 weeks or more) running clusters, so its hard to notice small memory leaks inside IO. Using these metadata we could easily notice and start investigating the problem.
Result: IO archive has metadata with `uptime` and `memory_alloc` fields.
