Doc Text:	.The `publicAccessBlock` configuration for buckets is not supported Previously, deleting the public block access configuration for a bucket would delete the bucket. With this release, when the user tries to delete the public block access configuration by a user, it returns “Method Not Allowed” as the `publicAccessBlock` configuration for buckets is not supported.
