Hi Ondrej,

  Ooops - sorry, I made a change, but forgot to update the BZ.

  Starting with binutils-2.36.1-8 there is now an explicit "BuildRequires: autoconf = 2.69" which whilst not ideal, should mean that the issue is resolved for now.  I will work with the upstream sources to transition to the new autoconf for the next release.
