Description of problem:

Tripleo upgrade is not addressing/updating the ironic templates from 13 to 16.1 leading ironic-introspection service/endpoint not found.

We might need to come up with the solution where we will incorporate ironic templates like the below one :

1.FFU with uronic in overcloud added
