Description of problem:

Default Fedora KDE install SDDM doesn't show breeze theme but show Adwaita cursor theme. It should be show breeze theme instead of Adwaita cursor theme

This can be fixed by setting

```
[Theme]
CursorTheme=breeze_cursors
```

in /etc/sddm.conf.d/kde_settings.conf by default
