Today is the "Code complete (testable)" deadline in the Fedora Linux 35 release schedule: https://fedorapeople.org/groups/schedule/f-35/f-35-key-tasks.html If this Change is complete enough to be tested, please indicate this by setting this bug to the MODIFIED status. (If it is 100% complete, you can set it to ON_QA). If you wish to defer this Change to Fedora Linux 36, please needinfo bcotton. This has been in effect since fedora-release-35-0.9 (released April 30th). I'm curious what if Fedora suddenly adopts GNU/HURD, FreeBSD or any other open source kernel, e.g. even Google's Zircon. Will "Linux" in its name still be appropriate? (In reply to Artem S. Tashkinov from comment #4) > I'm curious what if Fedora suddenly adopts GNU/HURD, FreeBSD or any other > open source kernel, e.g. even Google's Zircon. > > Will "Linux" in its name still be appropriate? That is incredibly unlikely, but if it should happen in the future this change can be re-evaluated. F35 was released today. Closing the trackers. |
