Description nikita@national.shitposting.agency 2021-04-01 10:22:55 UTC
Description of problem:
i have wi-c200 from sony, from what i have found on the internet they support aac codec, i have four options in the gnome settings - just A2DP (looks like aac default), A2DP aac, and A2DP sbc. I can only hear sound with the sbc option, tried the built-in test option and mpv, tried restarting pipewire, then aac option wont even appear again

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
[I] niki@localhost ~ [255]> pipewire --version
pipewire
Compiled with libpipewire 0.3.24
Linked with libpipewire 0.3.24

~~
on fedora silverblue 34 beta with gnome 40.0.0 release

How reproducible:
super much

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open gnome settings
2. connect your bt headphones
3. no sound
4. look at the profile in sound settings, its aac
5. switch profile to sbc, there is sound

Actual results:

Expected results:

Additional info:
