Currently the inventory report generates slices with a fixed length 1000.

We want to have a configurable value instead.

Verified with:
- Satellite 6.10.0 snap 8
- tfm-rubygem-foreman_rh_cloud-4.0.22-1.el7sat.noarch

Test steps:
- Register few hosts with satellite.
- Run "systemctl edit dynflow-sidekiq@worker-1", this will open an editor.
- Add SATELLITE_INVENTORY_SLICE_SIZE dynflow environment variable.
[Service]
Environment=SATELLITE_INVENTORY_SLICE_SIZE=1
- Run "foreman-maintain service restart --only dynflow-sidekiq@worker-1"
- Generate inventory report.

Observation:
- Generated report had slice containing only one host.
