Raising priority since more and more people start hitting this, and there is no workaround.

verified on 4.6.0-0.nightly-2021-03-01-051748 - few runs, the issue not reproduced

Reproduced on versions 4.4 and 4.5
Shouldn't the fix be backported?

Backport attached, will backport to 4.4(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1945684) once its approved for 4.5

OCP 4.5 is out of support now, there will not be any more releases for 4.5
