Description of problem:

So far, Hitachi has registered the out-of-tree Cinder driver on the Red Hat container catalog site and passed the certification test.
However, after RHOSP16, the policy has changed that out-of-tree drivers cannot pass RHOSP certification, so Hitachi would like to pass RHOSP certification with in-tree drivers.

On the other hand, the OpenStack Train version does not include the Hitachi Cinder driver, so please backport the Hitachi Cinder driver from Wallaby release.

No doc update needed. The purpose of this BZ is to enable Hitachi to work on certifying their driver.

resolution of ERRATA.
