Describe the issue:
With the fix of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1932151 and https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1882057, Access Mode selection is enabled in OCP 4.7 while cloning a PVC and restoring a volume snapshot. So this step needs to be documented.

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:
PVC access mode selection.

Suggestions for improvement:
Add "Access Mode" selection step under:
1. "Restoring volume snapshots" section procedure as step 6.
Remove the NOTE which describe the step to specify access mode using yaml through CLI.

2. "Creating a clone" section procedure as step 4
Remove the NOTE which describe the step to specify access mode using yaml through CLI.

Also mention that the ROX access mode is dev-preview.

Verified the changes.
"Access Mode" selection step is present. 
The NOTE which describe the step to specify access mode using yaml through CLI is removed.
Also mentioned that the ROX access mode is dev-preview.
