Description of problem:
Migration of iscsi daemons to container is currently not supported using switch-from-non-containerized-to-containerized-ceph-daemons.yml playbook

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ceph-ansible-4.0.49-1.el7cp.noarch

How reproducible:
Tried twice

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy a 4.2 ceph rpm cluster with iscsi nodes
2. Convert the cluster to containerized using switch-from-non-containerized-to-containerized-ceph-daemons.yml playbook

Actual results:
iscsi daemons do not get containerized

Expected results:
all daemons including iscsi get converted to containers
