Description of problem:
There is an EPEL 7 build of python-collada, but there is no build for EPEL 8. Please build python-collada for EPEL 8.


Additional info:
The current rawhide branch of python-collada builds successfully against EPEL 8 unmodified. Here's a scratch build to show that: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=65805518

If there are no python-collada maintainers interested in supporting an EPEL 8 build, please consider adding me as an EPEL-only maintainer.
