FEDORA-2021-377d2c147e has been pushed to the Fedora 34 stable repository. If problem still persists, please make note of it in this bug report. Similar problem has been detected: - I woke up my laptop from sleep - Firefox was frozen, and the mouse pointer was nowhere to be found. The keyboard was working - but not the mouse. - I pressed Ctrl-Alt-F3, then Ctrl-Alt-F2, in an attempt to fix the mouse - It took multiple seconds, but eventually everything went back to normal - except that pipewire and xorg-x11-drv-intel crashed. (Not sure how the latter is possible, since I'm running a Wayland session...) reporter: libreport-2.14.0 backtrace_rating: 4 cmdline: /usr/bin/pipewire-media-session crash_function: interface_added executable: /usr/bin/pipewire-media-session journald_cursor: s=23bb0c8cdd904314a25d40c62a6143d1;i=15d272;b=ed747aff81c947639bac16b972900fc2;m=25e47fc62;t=5c1178b96aead;x=a456e382b72e9ffa kernel: 5.11.15-300.fc34.x86_64 package: pipewire-0.3.26-3.fc34 reason: pipewire-media-session killed by SIGABRT rootdir: / runlevel: N 5 type: CCpp uid: 1000 *** Bug 1956397 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Similar problem has been detected: The system resumed from suspend. The keyboard was not working, but the mouse was. IIRC one of the screens stayed off, on the other one I had the login screen. This happened twice today. Could this be related to the Pomodoro GNOME extension? reporter: libreport-2.14.0 backtrace_rating: 4 cgroup: 0::/user.slice/user-1000.slice/user/session.slice/pipewire.service cmdline: /usr/bin/pipewire-media-session crash_function: interface_added executable: /usr/bin/pipewire-media-session journald_cursor: s=7a948cf2551d4c5c8373a22a74bfb90a;i=21f3;b=951aea26662641ed927da4bf84cb678b;m=44eb00cde;t=5c180c186ca87;x=f0319c9ba5ec3468 kernel: 5.11.17-300.fc34.x86_64 package: pipewire-0.3.26-4.fc34 reason: pipewire-media-session killed by SIGABRT rootdir: / runlevel: N 5 type: CCpp uid: 1000 I see that this bug is closed. But it happened today on a fully up-to-date Fedora 34 system for me. pipewire.x86_64 0.3.26-4.fc34 Similar problem has been detected: It was followed by gnome-shell crash Also pipewire does not restart after gnome-shell restarted reporter: libreport-2.14.0 backtrace_rating: 4 cgroup: 0::/user.slice/user-42.slice/user/session.slice/pipewire.service cmdline: /usr/bin/pipewire-media-session crash_function: interface_added executable: /usr/bin/pipewire-media-session journald_cursor: s=61d192f0bdb549249cec2646c5adc01b;i=a695b;b=ce5742525c6748d89b83ea852060590c;m=9d57181f6;t=5c1a9deb397e7;x=7df480349b357e26 kernel: 5.11.17-300.fc34.x86_64 package: pipewire-0.3.26-4.fc34 reason: pipewire-media-session killed by SIGABRT rootdir: / runlevel: N 5 type: CCpp uid: 42 The bug is still happening for me on a up-to-date system running Fedora 34. |
