Description of problem: 
During the undercloud upgrade we are required to run a playbook that renames all eth* interfaces. As a result what was eth1 in OPS13 is now em1. The undercloud .conf has been updated with "local_interface = em1" and all the steps have been followed. Leapp upgrade has been successfully done on the director and all repos updated.

2. run openstack undercloud upgrade
