Description of problem:
After install openshift serverless operator and create knative-serving instance, check KnativeServing on globalconfig page, it doesn't show up.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-04-15-185053

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install OpenShift Serverless operator.
2.Create knative-serving instance in knative-serving project.
3.Go to "Administration"->"Cluster Settings"->"Global configuration", check KnativeServing config.

Actual results:
1.Operator is installed successfully.
2.Instance is created.
3.There is no KnativeServing configuration listed on the page.

Expected results:
3.Should show KnativeServing on the page
