Happens when trying to join a zoom meeting in Firefox. Reproducibility is hard to poke out, but I think it happens when the page refreshes.

WebEx was running in a Chrome browser tab. I had been talking for about an hour into my two hour workshop. 
Audio dropped and I switched my WebEx audio connection to mobile to complete my workshop.

Later, I had to restart pipewire to get audio - speaker/microphone - to work again:
