Description Shimon Shtein 2021-04-18 07:36:33 UTC
Currently the plugin supports a read only sync and view of recommendations generated by the cloud.

We want to add a remediation use case, where the user will be able to choose which recommendations he wants to remediate, presses a button and a REX job is generated with a script to correct the issues.

Verified

Verified with:
- Satellite 6.10.0 snap 12
- tfm-rubygem-foreman_rh_cloud-4.0.25.1-1.el7sat.noarch

Test steps:
- Register satellite content hosts with insights.
- Go to configure > Insights
- Add RH cloud token
OR
- If RH Cloud token was already added then click on "Sync recommendations" button.
- Select insights recommendations to be remediated for hosts.
- Click on Remediate button. Click on Remediate button of popup window.
- Job Invocation page appears, click on submit.
- Wait for remote execution job to complete.
- Sync insights recommendations again.

Observations:
- Insights recommendations remediated successfully.
