When typing a substring and there is a match, it should highlight it in the results, so that the user knows why the results match

Nice-to-have. Moving this to 2.3 so we can take a look at whether PatternFly changes are necessary.

It is not practical to implement this in PatternFly due to a number of factors (breaks flexibility of rendering arbitrary nodes in options, design considerations, etc). I'm not sure it would be worth the effort and maintenance required to implement this across the UI on our end.

@fdupont how do you feel about closing this? Perhaps if a similar feature is added to PatternFly itself in the future we will benefit from it.
