Description of problem:
Indicate vNIC is out of sync on network VLAN modification on engine

We have one last gap in BZ 1113630 for VLAN change.
It's a small gap to indicate that the vNIcs are out of sync if the vlan id has changed. 
I have totally forgot about it.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.6 release, published on May 4th 2021.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.6 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
