Description of problem:
Highfive does not currently build on 32 bit architectures, so we have this in the spec at the moment:

ExcludeArch:    %{ix86} %{arm32}

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 35 development cycle.
Changing version to 35.
