Description of problem:
User would like to use capital letters to name a template

1. User questioned why they couldn’t use capital letters to name a template but other (common) templates were allowed to use capital letters. This was a minor issue but added announce when users were blocked when naming their templates.
2. The OCP error handling told users what’s not allowed when they violated the rule. One user complained that it’s a “trial and error process” to know what’s allowed. She would like to know all the rules before entering the text.
