Description of problem:

The below satellite job failed on current puddle (RHOS-16.1-RHEL-8-20210421.n.1) while it passed on the previous one (RHOS-16.1-RHEL-8-20210415.n.0):

Here is an excerpt from overcloud log:

Looks like this is a regression caused by https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1915761 and service facts need to be removed from role: https://github.com/openstack/ansible-role-redhat-subscription/blob/master/tasks/satellite.yml#L21-L22
