Seems to have been caused by https://github.com/openshift/openstack-cinder-csi-driver-operator/pull/34. Updated the subject to mention the specific alert being tracked by this bug, so that folks seeing the same test-case failing because of other alerts won't be distracted. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
