The suggestion referring to the logs in case the import is in 75% for a long time is missing.
See Ilanit's Comment: "if VM import remain at 75% with no progress for long time check the importer log, and if it repeatedly show progress 100,"

I could add the part about the progress being stuck at 75% but I am not sure what "and if it repeatedly show progress 100" means.

Maybe mention that if VM import remain in 75% for a long time, it might be because the ceph storage got full?
